Hell Raiser

CSF has a long history in the combat sport arena with it being the roots of our existence since we opened in 2010, in that time we have trained 100s of people from kids to professional fighters and a lot of those members are still here today.

Muay thai is the national sport and cultural martial art of thailand. Also known as the “art of eight limbs” as it uses the body’s eight points of contact – the hands, the feet, the elbows and the knees.

Originally, muay thai was developed several hundred years ago to utilise the body as a weapon in combat. The hands would become the sword and dagger, the shins and forearms would act as armour against blows, the elbow was used as a mace or hammer to fell opponents and the legs and knees became the axe and staff. Altogether, the body would act as one unit weapon.

Today, we teach muay thai at hell raiser for competition, self-defence, fitness and enjoyment. We focus on the foundation of quality basics up to competition level to ensure we develop each and every individual.
